Founded by chef-turned-beekeeper Paul Hearn on the island of Anglesey, North Wales, The Honey Herd began as a simple curiosity and grew into a passionate journey into the world of bees.

What started as one hive soon became a thriving network built on sustainability, craftsmanship, and respect for nature. We produce pure, raw, and unfiltered honey, a true reflection of the landscape and the bees that make it.

Today, The Honey Herd also works alongside other like-minded beekeepers across Wales and the UK, sourcing exceptional honeys and bee-based products and raising healthy colonies and nucleus hives to help new and experienced beekeepers thrive.
