At The Honey Herd, honey is at the heart of what we do. From our own hives in Anglesey to jars carefully sourced from trusted artisan beekeepers, every honey we offer is raw, natural, and full of character. Each harvest tells a story of the season and the landscape it comes from — from light, floral spring honey to the richer flavours of summer, and beyond. We’re also proud to showcase unique guest honeys, giving you the chance to taste the diversity of bees and blossoms beyond our apiary.
